How to pull your carrier invoices

Any recent invoice works — a single week or month is plenty. Here's where each carrier keeps them. A PDF download is all we need.

UPS
  1. Sign in to the UPS Billing Center (ups.com → Billing).
  2. Open Invoice and pick a recent invoice date.
  3. Choose DownloadPDF (or CSV if offered). Save it and upload it above.
FedEx
  1. Sign in to FedEx Billing Online (fedex.com → Account → View & Pay Bills).
  2. Find a recent invoice under Account Summary.
  3. Click Download and choose PDF. Save it and upload it above.
DHL Express
  1. Sign in to DHL MyBill.
  2. Select a recent invoice from your list.
  3. Use DownloadPDF, then upload it above.
USPS & Amazon Shipping
  1. USPS: download a shipping report or recent statement from your USPS Business / shipping platform account.
  2. Amazon Shipping: grab a recent invoice or shipping charges report from Seller Central or your Amazon Shipping portal.
  3. A screenshot or export works fine — upload whatever you have above.
